Your mission

We don’t just offer hard skill training; we provide intensive personalised mentorship, gearing you up for a successful career in The Netherlands. Your profile

• A refugee background with a Dutch resident permit.
• English language proficiency at level B2.
• A basic/good understanding of the Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience with or strong affinity with IT.
• Completed education at HBO level (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree)
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eager to learn.
• Flexibility to travel to our training location in Amsterdam

Our traineeships are free of cost, we also compensate your travel costs and will provide a laptop if needed.
