Almost 6 years ago, Fadi arrived in the Netherlands and later came into contact with Motopp. Fadi successfully completed our Motopp process and now strengthens the PostNL team as a Mendix developer. From Motopp, we are super proud of Fadi’s achievements!

That our approach is needed by people like Fadi is also shown by the latest numbers from the Social Cultural Planning Agency. Five years after being granted a residence permit, as many as 55% of newcomers have not yet found a job. Indeed, this often remains difficult. Even if people have diplomas, they are not recognised here in the Netherlands, or there is a language barrier. The newcomers who do get a job often have to deal with part-time or temporary contracts and rarely build up work experience at their level. At Motopp, we solve these obstacles. It starts with drive to grab such an opportunity with both hands. Fadi had the will and learning ability to tackle this opportunity. And the result paid off.

Possessing knowledge, makes you more powerful. As long as you have strength, you can do it.
